Our Delivery Policy

  • Quick delivery: We aim to despatch and deliver your order to you as quickly as possible.
  • Signature Required: All deliveries will require a signature unless specifically stated by you.  
  • Despatch Notification: We will notify you by email when your order has been despatched.
  
 

 

RETURNS POLICY

 

RODUCTS RETURNED FOR CREDIT

  • The acceptance of Products for credit will be at the sole discretion of the Company.
  • Products accepted for credit on return shall be returned free of all charges (freight, insurance, taxes and duties) and be accompanied by the relevant packing slip or invoice number and in the original (and undamaged) packaging and with all relevant manual and in a saleable condition.
  • A ‘returns charge’ of 10% of the price of the Products may be applied at the sole discretion of the Company. 

 

 WARRANTIES

  • The Company’s liability will extend only to repair or replacement of Products under warranty and will not extend to any consequential damages and or losses. The Company will not accept liability where, in the Company’s opinion, the Products have been misused in any way or assembled or installed incorrectly. (A full description of the defect/s must be supplied with any returned Products).
